How do I get my workbook after I buy it?
Right after payment you'll land on a page with your download link, and you'll get an email receipt. The workbook is a printable PDF that works on a phone, tablet or computer.
Is the workbook a physical book?
Right now Becoming Your Own Hero is a digital PDF. You can print it at home to write in by hand.
What if my download link doesn't work?
Email missmarius2.0@gmail.com or text 530-251-3539 and Marki will send your file directly.
Can I get a refund on a digital workbook?
Because the workbook is delivered instantly, digital purchases are final once downloaded. If something is wrong with your file, we'll make it right. See our terms and refunds page for details.
Does asking about a retreat reserve my spot?
No. Sending a retreat question does not reserve a place or take payment. Marki will reach out personally with room options, pricing and next steps.
Where are retreats held?
The November 13–15, 2026 retreat is in Golden Valley, Reno, Nevada. Future retreat locations will be shared once confirmed.
How do the Zoom circles work?
After you enroll, you'll get the Zoom link and weekly schedule privately by email. Each week follows the workbook, and no one is required to share more than feels safe.
Is Reiki or this workbook a replacement for therapy or medical care?
No. Holy Wild resources support reflection and personal growth. They are not medical care, mental health treatment or a substitute for licensed professional support.
